Enquiry sorting
Reads each new email or form, works out what it is and how urgent, drafts a first reply and puts it in front of the right person.
AI Automation & Agents
An “agent” is just a piece of software that can read, decide a little and act — like a very reliable assistant who never gets bored. We build them for the jobs your team does over and over: sorting enquiries, pulling details out of paperwork, chasing, filing and putting the weekly figures together. You decide exactly what it is allowed to do on its own.
Read, decide a little, act — then report
It is software that does a routine job the way a careful assistant would: it reads what arrives, works out what it is, does the parts it is allowed to do and passes everything else to the right person. Unlike older automation it copes with messy, real-world input — a scanned invoice, a rambling email — rather than needing everything in a perfect format.

The problem
In most small businesses the same few jobs eat hours every week. None of them is hard. All of them are tedious, easy to get wrong when you are busy and the first thing to slip when someone is off.
Enquiries, orders, questions and supplier emails all land in one place and someone has to read every one to decide what it is and who should deal with it.
Invoices, delivery notes and forms arrive as PDFs and photos and somebody copies the important numbers into another system — one keystroke from a mistake.
Quotes that went quiet, invoices not yet paid, documents still missing. Whether anyone follows up depends on whether anyone remembers.
Outcomes
Scope
Five jobs we build again and again. Most businesses start with one.
Reads each new email or form, works out what it is and how urgent, drafts a first reply and puts it in front of the right person.
Pulls the names, dates, amounts and references out of invoices, forms and certificates and puts them where they belong, flagging anything that does not add up.
Notices the quote with no reply, the unpaid invoice or the missing document and sends a polite reminder on the schedule you set.
Spots duplicates, gaps and out-of-date details in your customer records and either fixes them or lists them for someone to check.
Gathers the numbers from your systems each week and lays them out the way you already read them, with anything unusual pointed out.
Is it right for you?
In detail
The questions careful owners ask before letting software act for them.
Before anything goes live we write down, in plain English, what the agent can do by itself and what it must hand over. Sorting and drafting is usually fine; sending, paying, refunding or promising anything usually is not.
Those rules are built into the software, not just written in a document. If something does not fit them, it stops and asks.
Every action is logged: what arrived, what the agent decided, what it did and why. If a customer asks “why did I get this email?”, you can see the answer in seconds.
For the first few weeks we review that log with you and tighten or loosen the rules based on what actually happens.
Agents connect to the tools you already use — Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, your CRM, Xero or QuickBooks, spreadsheets, your website forms. Nobody has to learn a new system to benefit.
Where a tool has no proper way in, we will say so honestly and suggest the simplest workaround.
It will, occasionally, as people do. The difference is that its mistakes are visible and repeatable, so once we fix the cause it stays fixed.
Because anything risky is handed to a person, a mistake usually means a draft that needed editing — not a wrong email to a customer.
Not really. A chatbot waits for someone to talk to it. An agent quietly gets on with a job in the background — reading, sorting, filing — and only shows up when it needs you.
Only if you decide it should and only for the kinds of message you have approved. Most businesses start with the agent drafting and a person pressing send.
We tell you exactly where it goes. Sensitive documents can stay on our own servers, nothing of yours is used to train public AI models and you get a data processing agreement wherever personal data is involved.
Usually a few weeks for the first job, because we start with one and get it right before adding more.
It depends on the job, so we do not publish a price list. After a short chat you get a clear written quote and nothing starts until you have agreed it.
Not sure which job to hand over first? Two days with your team will tell you.
